Welcome to the 2016-2017 school year! This is going to be a GREAT year as The Foundation continues to help improve Daniel High School.

Important Links:

  1. What is the DW Daniel Foundation and what does it do? The Foundation was founded in 1991 and is similar to a PTSO (Parent Teacher Student Organization) for DWD! We are a non-profit organization that raises money to contribute to the mission and needs of DHS for students, faculty, administration, facilities, landscaping, and more.
  2. How can I join the DW Daniel Foundation? You can become a member for only $25 using the membership link above.
  3. How can I purchase a "Piece of the Lion's Mane"? You can order your piece of this unique artwork by completing the order form on the link above. See it in the front foyer!
  4. What is the Class Challenge and how can I participate? A contest for each class to raise money for a Piece of the Lion's Mane. Each class can raise funds until their graduation year or until they reach $1000. Contribute to the Class Challenge using the Lion's Mane Order form above.
  5. What can I do to help the Foundation? There are LOTS of ways to get involved:
  • MAKE A DONATION! (great for alumni and businesses) and tax-deductible.
  • VOLUNTEER! We provide monthly meals for our faculty and staff, recruit members, and fundraise through grants, the Lion's Mane, and other projects.
  • SPONSOR! You can fund one of the items in the chart below.
